These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the JobFit app, provided by BTS Innovations, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using JobFit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use JobFit on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated by reference.
Price
JobFit Pro is a subscription: yearly at $69.99 with a 14-day free trial, or monthly at $19.99. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can cancel anytime in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. There are no ads.
AI-written content and outside information
JobFit's AI writes from the information you give it and is designed not to invent experience, but it can make mistakes. Review everything before you send it to an employer. Company news, reviews, salary figures and Hiring Pulse headlines come from public sources and may be incomplete or out of date. They're not advice, and we don't guarantee them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to reverse engineer it, using it for unlawful purposes, or submitting content you don't have the right to use. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing any AI-generated content before using it.
AI-generated content
JobFit uses AI to help draft résumés, cover letters, and other materials, and to provide coaching. AI output may contain errors or omissions and is provided for your assistance only — it is not professional, legal, or career advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and how you use any generated content and for what you submit to employers.

JobFit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee job outcomes, interviews, or offers.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTS Innovations, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version.
